The Oval Partnership is a specialist recruiter for the Food and Drink industry. We are looking for a tenacious, driven, enthusiastic individual to work with a team of highly motivated Recruiters in a busy office environment.
We require support with searching and sourcing. The role will be heavily communications and networking biased and experience in a heavily telephone based role is essential.
Not afraid to pick up the phone? We need someone who is not afraid of gathering information over the phone.
Do you enjoy networking? Online networking tools such as LinkedIn are used on a daily basis
You will be
- Highly organised with excellent administration skills
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to cope under pressure and be well adept in multi-tasking
- Deadline driven and keen to deliver accurate detailed information
- A passionate, dynamic and outgoing individual
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be consistent, competitive and focused in their approach. All training, mentoring and support will be given with the option to progress within the business and build a career within the Recruitment Industry.
