Clayton Hill & Nicola Grainger gained some great industry insights & explored the latest trends shaping culinary innovation and sustainability yesterday at the Food & Drink Expo 2024 at the Birmingham NEC.
They enjoyed speaking to lots of new up & coming businesses as well as small manufacturers trying to break through into the markets & offering their expertise and advice current industry trends.
Highlights of the day included the Lucky Saint presentation on the dramatic rise of Lo&No as well as visiting the FreshPak, Grenade, Cypressa, TukIn & Buddy Energy drinks stalls, amongst many others.
They enjoyed catching up with clients and some recently placed candidates so they were able to hear how they are finding their new roles.
Most of all this Food & Drink Expo 2024 has shown there are definitely exciting times ahead in the food industry, from plant-based alternatives to tech-driven solutions, it's clear that the future of food is going to be interesting.
