Yesterday was a proud milestone for The Oval Partnership as our Managing Director, Tim Caseldine, and Commercial Director, Clayton Hill, joined the official opening of the impressive 50,000 m² DAMM Eagle Brewery in Bedford, a striking symbol of Damm’s £70 million commitment to the UK market and beyond.
The story of Damm is one of international vision and heritage, rooted in its origins in Barcelona in 1876 and now at the heart of the UK brewing scene. Witnessing such a remarkable transformation and investment first-hand reinforced our appreciation for Damm’s dedication to innovation and operational excellence.
Our partnership with Damm is built on trust and shared ambition over the past decade, growing from supporting a UK team of just three to placing over 100 professionals in roles that have shaped the business. For us, yesterday was about deepening our understanding of Damm’s journey, strengthening relationships, and celebrating not just commercial milestones but genuine international success.
While our recruitment consultant, Toby Bigmore, could not join us for the day, his contribution has been instrumental in building the teams behind this remarkable progress. We were honoured to reconnect with so many industry friends and celebrate a business that exemplifies Mediterranean identity, quality, and vision on a global stage.
