The first Oval Team Update of 2025 was a super day of reflection, connection, and team spirit at our quarterly team gathering!
After formally welcoming our two newest colleagues, Charlotte Liddiard-Smith & Lucy Stokes. BA (Hons) Assoc IOR, Tim Caseldine delivered a powerful presentation highlighting our remarkable achievements in 2024 and charting our ambitious course for 2025. We then got involved in team discussions about industry insights, best practices, our successes & challenges as well as looking ahead to our strategic roadmap for the rest of the year.
Next, we switched gears and hit the bowling lanes for some friendly competition. After deciding on 2 teams, we all showed off our bowling prowess with spins, curves, strikes, spares, and plenty of laughs shared among the Oval teammates. Congratulations to Toby Bigmore on his exceptional bowling skills as he emerged the overall winner ????
The perfect finale? A Brazilian feast at ESTABULO LTD in Doncaster. Unlimited skewers of delicious meats, vibrant sides, and team bonding made for an unforgettable evening.
