"Ideally candidates would be Degree qualified and experienced in their field. I think the most important traits are honesty, being passionate about their field and above all being reliable".

"I feel recruitment will always have its challenges, as technology evolves, I believe recruitment could potentially get easier".

"My free time is normally spent with my family, or I enjoy getting to the gym or stretching my legs on a nice long run".

"In April 2025 I will be embarking on my second London landmark half marathon for Team Tommy!"

"My favourite cuisine has to be Italian I love pasta and pizza if I have to choose a favourite it would be close between a prawn linguine and a meat feast pizza. Favourite tipple is a southern comfort with lemonade and a drop of lime helps me relax on a Friday after a long working week".
"What's your favourite place to holiday? and/or favourite time of year?"
"Favourite place to holiday – its been a while since going abroad but a top holiday for me was Tunisia and I am looking forward to my trip to France next august. My favourite time of year has to be autumn as I enjoy all the cosy foods that match the season such as casseroles, homemade pies & soups".
