I’ve gained experience across Operations, Production, Technical, NPD, Engineering, and HR/Finance roles, and, more recently, I’ve expanded into Commercial and Marketing. For nearly a decade, I’ve focused exclusively on Food and Drink Manufacturing, deepening my knowledge and network within this fascinating sector.
I’m a people person and love building relationships with both clients and candidates. The most rewarding part of my job is helping place people in their dream roles, especially when I see them getting promoted further down the line.

Passions & Interests
In my free time, I love CrossFit, hiking, going to gigs, dining out, visiting new places, and spending quality time with my daughter. I’ve taken part in loads of challenges: The National 3 Peaks, The Yorkshire 3 Peaks, The Great North Swim, Tough Mudder, numerous 10k runs, CrossFit comps, trekking the Grand Canyon, and The Samworth Challenge. I always like to have a new event in the diary and I’m considering another swim challenge or maybe a Hyrox event next year.
