Having been in the Recruitment industry for nearly a decade, I have partnered with organisations of every size, from sole trader, SME’s up to Global Plc. My experience spans a wide range of industries, working with candidates from entry level to senior and specialist appointments.  I predominately work with HR, Business Support, Customer Service and Finance professionals.

My passion lies with building strong, long-term relationships with both my candidates and clients. I become a true expert on the organisation and represent it authentically in the market. When I partner with a business, it’s not just about finding the right candidate on paper, it’s about finding somebody that fits in terms of culture, values and ambition.

I am genuinely passionate about connecting people with opportunities where they can thrive and meet their potential. For my candidates that means honest guidance, support and an in-depth interview screening and preparation process. For my clients that means integrity led recruitment, attention to detail and a commitment to quality over quantity every time.  

Outside of work, I love spending time at my allotment with my two children and making the most of the outdoors through hiking, kayaking, and Park Runs. I’ve recently joined a Sunday social run club, which has become one of my favourite ways to stay active and connect with others. At home, I enjoy baking, cooking wholesome meals to share with family, and painting with my daughter. I also have a real passion for travel and love discovering new places and learning about different cultures.
