I have been working in Food & Drink Manufacturing for 9 years, and in that time, I have covered a variety of areas but mainly specialising within Senior Appointments across Factory Leadership and Commercial.
I have demonstrated my ability to build Senior Leadership Teams from the ground up, covering essential areas such as Operations (including Opex), Technical & Quality, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
I go beyond just filling positions; I'm deeply passionate about enhancing Diversity & Inclusion within the industry. I can provide guidance on candidate attraction strategies and refine interview processes to ensure that companies not only meet their hiring goals but also cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce.
