I have over 12 years experience of recruiting within the UK & International Food Manufacturing sector covering a wide range of categories across chilled, frozen, produce, bakery, canned goods, tea, beverages and ingredients. Being a self confessed foodie, I find all aspects of the supply chain and processing interesting and enjoy nothing more than a good factory tour to build relationships and really get to understand what makes my client's and candidates' tick.

My love of food led me to marry a Chef, and I also dabble in my own small scale food production on our allotment where with the help of my 8-year-old son, we grow everything from potatoes and green beans to strawberries, asparagus and figs!
