Working within the food and drinks industry since 2003 has provided me with a broad knowledge and understanding of the sector’s ever-changing demands and trends.  I’ve worked across Commercial, Engineering, New Product Development, Production / Operations, Supply Chain and Technical divisions, specialising at Mid – Senior Management levels. 

I’m highly passionate about matching the right people to the right business environments. Providing businesses with support and guidance in building their teams, whilst ensuring the best possible experience for candidates. I’ve always understood that recruitment is a relationship industry.
