This role will suit someone from the food, drink, or FMCG industry who loves building relationships, driving commercial growth, and creating long-term customer value.
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting existing accounts while identifying and capturing new business opportunities across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new UK customers.

Identify, target, and secure new sales opportunities to deliver on growth targets.

Support in managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver effective sales and marketing solutions.

Track market and competitor trends to inform commercial decision-making.

Prepare accurate sales reports and input into forecasting and planning.
About You

Previous experience in account management or sales within FMCG, food, or drink sectors.

A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for developing customer partnerships.

Confident communication and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable plans.

Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
