A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Account & Sales Development Executive to join a growing consumer-focused business within the UK.

This role will suit someone from the food, drink, or FMCG industry who loves building relationships, driving commercial growth, and creating long-term customer value.

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting existing accounts while identifying and capturing new business opportunities across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.

The successful candidate will bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to strengthening the brand’s position in the UK market.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new UK customers.

  • Identify, target, and secure new sales opportunities to deliver on growth targets.

  • Support in managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver effective sales and marketing solutions.

  • Track market and competitor trends to inform commercial decision-making.

  • Prepare accurate sales reports and input into forecasting and planning.

 

About You

  • Previous experience in account management or sales within FMCG, food, or drink sectors.

  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for developing customer partnerships.

  • Confident communication and presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable plans.

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
