If you’re a hands-on baker who takes real pride in your craft, this is your chance to join a growing artisan bakehouse with immediate interviews happening this week and start dates available from next week.
This isn’t a production line role. This is proper baking, done the right way.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a close-knit team in a purpose-built artisan environment, producing high-quality breads and baked goods using traditional methods and real ingredients.
From day one, you’ll be fully involved, working across the entire process and playing a key role in delivering products that customers genuinely care about.
What you’ll be doing
- Working across mixing, shaping, laminating, baking, and finishing
- Producing a range of artisan products including sourdough, baguettes, focaccia, and laminated pastries
- Maintaining consistently high standards in quality and presentation
- Supporting new ideas and product development as the business continues to grow
What we need from you
- Experience in a bakery environment (artisan or similar preferred)
- A strong work ethic- This is a physical, fast-paced role
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Flexibility to support across different areas of the bakehouse
- Someone who can hit the ground running and be part of a team effort
Shift Pattern
- 5 nights per week

10:00pm – 6:00am (we do need flexibility here)
- Monday night to Saturday morning
