We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to join a well established, international specialist nutrition business with a strong reputation for innovation and quality.
This is a commercially focused role, ideal for a senior marketing or business development professional who understands how to translate strategy into market-leading execution across multiple channels and markets.
Working closely with commercial, marketing and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in supporting growth across a network of distributor-led markets.
You will help shape and deliver tailored marketing activity, ensuring our partners are fully equipped with the right tools, messaging and commercial support to win in competitive environments.

The role would suit someone who has worked in food, drink, nutrition, healthcare or another highly regulated manufacturing environment and is comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
Key responsibilities

Lead the adaptation of global brand and category plans into effective local market execution.

Develop tailored marketing materials where central assets need to be refined or created from scratch.

Support distributor partners to compete effectively in tender-led and commercially complex markets.

Work in partnership with commercial operations, marketing and wider business functions to ensure alignment.

Build distributor capability through practical tools, guidance and best-practice sharing.

Monitor activity, review performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
About you

You will bring significant experience in a senior marketing, commercial or business development role.

You will have experience working cross-functionally in a business-to-business or distributor-led environment.

Experience within specialist nutrition, food, drink, healthcare, FMCG or another regulated manufacturing sector would be highly advantageous.

You will be commercially astute, organised and confident turning strategy into delivery.

You will be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and balancing multiple priorities.

Strong digital awareness and advanced PowerPoint skills will be important.
