Led by Director Clayton Hill, an exceptional commercial recruitment expert in food & drink, we’re seeking a dynamic Country Manager to launch and scale this proven European model in the UK.

The Role

You’ll be the face of the brand in the UK, reporting directly to the Switzerland-based CEO:

• Own end-to-end growth: sales, profitability, customer onboarding, marketing, back office and team-building across London’s elite HORECA scene.

• Hands-on hustle in a fast startup: kitchen tastings, chef demos, trade events, door-opening and C-suite presentations.

• Shape UK strategy with co-founder influence, leading the company’s flagship profit centre – fully backed by investors, advisers and the wider group.

• Leverage your network of executive chefs, buyers and decision-makers at London’s top restaurants, hotels and hospitality groups.
