Our Client, a leading drinks manufacturer, are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service & Supply Chain Co-ordinator to provide support to the Supply Chain Team.

This role is based 5 days a week in the Bedforshire office, with the current flexibility of 1 day (Fridays) working form home.

Salary: 30K

Hours : 8am to 5pm with 1hour lunch break

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial, administrative and clerical services.
  • Order creation, invoicing, and accounts receivable
  • Maintenance of Master Data
  • Process and administration of imports and exports
  • Inventory Management
  • Customer Order Capture
  • Supply Chain Liaison with major UK Customers
  • Advising stock availability, estimated time of arrival of goods to the customer
  • Sending samples as required to customers, agents, or suppliers
  • Support to the UK commercial team as required
  • Customer Service Communications
  • Process accounts; incoming payments; creditrs and debits in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

 

Experience, Key Behaviours and Functional Competencies:

  • Some experience with EDI and Online Portals
  • Experience of working with 3PL Logistics; Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Some understanding of HMRC Customs Excise documentation and requirements for beer and non-alcoholic products

Qualifications:

  • GCSE & "A" LEVEL Minimum
