Our Client are a leading food manufacturer based in North Wales. They are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer with experience in the Food Industry, to join their Engineering team.

Reporting to:

Engineering Manager/Site Director

Overall Job Purpose:

• To carry out, test and inspect electrical maintenance across the site
• To carry out general engineering maintenance tasks as required
• Working on PPM and reactive breakdowns

Key Elements:

• To carry out electrical repairs and maintenance as required throughout the site       
• To assist with general engineering maintenance tasks as required throughout the site       
• To carry out any electrical installation as required, test and inspect         
• To comply with and assist with implementation of company food safety, quality and legality policies as they relate to the role

Training & Qualifications:

• C&G 2392 Test and Inspect Certificate
• Electrical qualification or 18th edition preferred
• Must have experience in the food industry
• Competent on a computer

Shift Pattern: 

• 4 on 4 off
• 6 weekly rotation shifts
• 5 weeks days
• 1 week nights
