- Monitoring manning levels
- Pirana
- Workload generation
- Workload Completion
- Monitoring the levels of overdue work orders
- Service Day Overview of work Done/Not Done
- Work Order Compliancy
- Utilisation
- Planned V Reactive
- Downtime
- Assets / Tasks / Locations – Create new, maintain and update
- Planning in the line services and making sure they are assigned to the correct people
- Continuous Improvement tracking (Planned & Actual)
- Contractor management
- Service Contract tracking
- Arranging service visits,
- Insurance documents
- Contractor correctives and follow up
- Near miss/ ESDs
- Document control – Physical and on SharePoint
- Legal compliance – FGAS, WCS, LOLER etc.
- BES Inspections
- Permit control – Audit, issuing
- Stores – assist with reporting and trends
- Support/Manage Risk Management Tracker
- AMIS support
- Weekly Retail Spend Call – Create weekly dashboard report
- Monthly OEM Meetings
- Supplier Review support
- Monitoring MTTR & MTBF
- Monthly Figures Gathered and Sent to Technical
- Providing data for Engineering Manager’s meetings
- Project Support
- Smartsheet (Budget, Gantt & Dashboards)
- Power BI Development (Ongoing)
