Our client are looking for an exceptional IT Business Analyst to become a vital link between business needs and innovative IT solutions.

 

 

Role Overview

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a central role in translating business challenges into effective system solutions.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, analyse business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement through process optimisation, technology adoption, and creative problem-solving.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams and management to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Develop and present prototypes or models of proposed solutions for stakeholder feedback and approval.

  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Provide training & support to stakeholders and process owners on new systems or processes.

  • Assist in creating test plans and test cases; validate solutions after deployment to ensure they meet business needs.

  • Promote and comply with company policies, especially those relating to IT and Data Protection.

  • Participate in ongoing learning and staff development, both as a learner and a trainer.

  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.

  • Work flexibly & efficiently, maintaining the highest professional standards.

  • Contribute actively in departmental meetings, sharing knowledge and solutions with the team.

  • Support the development of dashboards and reports by understanding data storage and extraction from business systems.
