This is a highly influential role, managing a strategic territory and building trusted relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across healthcare and clinical settings.

Role Overview
You will take ownership of a defined territory across London and the South East, developing and delivering a clear account strategy to achieve commercial targets and support wider business objectives. This is a field-based role that requires confidence, credibility and the ability to influence a wide audience.
Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will promote a specialist portfolio, identify growth opportunities and ensure existing accounts are nurtured and developed to their full potential.
What you’ll do

Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve local and national sales goals

Build strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Deliver engaging, scientifically informed messages about a specialist product portfolio

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to strengthen market presence and support business performance.

Monitor sales performance, analyse results and take action to drive continuous improvement.

Plan and attend local and regional engagement events to support customer relationships and territory growth.

Manage territory budgets effectively, maintain accurate CRM records and complete timely reporting.
What we’re looking for

A proven background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutrition or other specialist B2B sales roles.

Strong consultative selling and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.

Degree-level education in a scientific field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Experience using CRM systems and digital business tools, including Salesforce, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook and dashboard reporting.

A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across the territory, with occasional support for weekend events.

Competitive basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000.
