Our client are currently looking for a Multiskilled Engineer to take the reins on all aspects of maintenance and engineering at a highly automated food production facility.

You'll be working on state-of-the-art equipment, from Comma freezers to dough dividers, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-moving environment that’s poised for explosive growth.

Key Benefits

• £50,000 salary
• 10% performance bonus (personal + company performance)
• Overtime at DOUBLE PAY
• Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm (no weekend shifts!)

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of maintenance, you’ll be the go-to engineer on-site
• Learn from external specialists before gradually taking over
• Service & maintain automated systems (low breakdown rate!)
• Lead improvements and introduce performance KPIs

Experience/Skills:

• Experienced in food or manufacturing environments
• Practical and self-sufficient – able to work independently
• Local to the site for occasional call-outs
• Motivated to grow with the business
