Join this dynamic Engineering Team and take ownership of plant, machinery, and equipment performance.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 06.00 – 14.30 Monday to Friday

Key responsibillities

• Delivering planned preventative maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns

• Modifying and improving production machinery for maximum efficiency

• Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of food safety (HACCP, BRC, ISO22000, Organic)

• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement across the site

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant production environment

Skills/Experience

• 18th Edition City & Guilds electrical qualification and strong mechanical skills

• Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ideally food or drink manufacturing

• Proven track record in machine maintenance, fabrication, and fault-finding

• Ability to read schematics and work independently with minimal supervision

• Knowledge of manufacturing plant equipment, food safety, and HACCP principles
