Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 06.00 – 14.30 Monday to Friday
Key responsibillities

Delivering planned preventative maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns

Modifying and improving production machinery for maximum efficiency

Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of food safety (HACCP, BRC, ISO22000, Organic)

Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement across the site

Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant production environment
Skills/Experience
-
18th Edition City & Guilds electrical qualification and strong mechanical skills
-
Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ideally food or drink manufacturing

Proven track record in machine maintenance, fabrication, and fault-finding
-
Ability to read schematics and work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge of manufacturing plant equipment, food safety, and HACCP principles
