Role Overview

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll be responsible for keeping production running efficiently through both reactive and planned maintenance. You’ll work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns

• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance

• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health, safety, and food safety standards

• Contributing to a proactive engineering culture on site

What’s On Offer

• Salary: £45,000 per annum

• Overtime enhancement: £3,115

• Total earnings: £48,115

• Saturday overtime (1 in 4): Paid at 1.5x day rate (£259.61)

• Pension: 5% contribution

• Holiday: 33 days annual leave

Shift pattern:

• Monday to Friday: 09:30am – 18:00pm

• 1 in 4 Saturdays: 07:00am – 15:30pm

About You

You’ll be an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with a background in food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing. You’ll bring a strong mix of electrical and mechanical expertise, along with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
