Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant, assets, and services

• Diagnose and repair equipment faults quickly and efficiently

• Ensure all work meets food safety and health & safety standards

• Complete PPM tasks and suggest improvements

• Collaborate across departments and play an active role within your shift team

• Uphold high standards of product quality and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Electrical and/or mechanical engineering skills (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent)

• Experience in manufacturing (food industry experience is a plus)

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities

• IT literate, ideally familiar with CMMS

• A can-do attitude and a passion for excellence
