Are you a skilled, proactive engineer with a passion for mechanical systems? This is your chance to join a dynamic engineering team at a leading manufacturing site in Bath.

You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving production and intake systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production and intake systems

• Troubleshooting and resolving breakdowns, working closely with the wider team

• Driving continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, quality, and overall performance

• Accurately recording maintenance activities to meet legal and safety standards

• Participating in an on-call rota to support the operation outside of regular hours

Qualifications/Skills

• Qualification/apprenticeship in both mechanical and electrical engineering (minimum 17th Edition certified)

• Strong experience in environments with strict safety and quality standards

• Knowledge of Star Delta and PLC systems is highly desirable

• Understanding of Safe Isolation processes

• Proven ability to deliver both short and long-term engineering solutions across electrical and mechanical disciplines

• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
