Our client are a leading natural food manufacturer based in mid Wales.
They are looking to recruit an experienced NPD/Specs Project Manager to join their team & lead the coordination of all NPD & EPD projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of NPD & EPD projects.
- Lead weekly project meetings
- Working cross-functionally with innovation, technical, supply chain, artwork, sales & marketing
- Plan resources to deliver the projects
- Highlight bottlenecks & share options for solutions
- Act as primary liason with internal stakeholders
- Champion best practice project management standards and processes
- Leading monthly gate meetings with leadership team
- Manage the trial plan
- Lead the introductin and maintenance of processes internally
Skills/Experience
- Strong background in Project Management within FMCG
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Good IT skills - Microsoft Office
- Dynamic & relentlessly optimistic
- Hands on and driven individual, not shy of self motivation.
- Able to think strategically & adapt to change & uncertainty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
