The Role
Our client are looking for an On Trade Account Manager to help grow and strengthen their presence across the on trade.
This is a hands on role focused on building long term relationships with pubs, bars and hospitality partners that value quality beer and independent brewing.
You will be responsible for driving distribution, volume and brand visibility within your territory, working closely with customers to become a trusted partner rather than just another supplier.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of on trade accounts including free trade, managed groups and regional groups
- Win new distribution through targeted new business activity
- Build strong, long term relationships with publicans, operators and buyers
- Increase rate of sale through menu listings, permanent taps and in venue activation
- Deliver brand activity in trade including tastings, tap takeovers, events and staff training
- Work closely with sales, marketing and production teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
- Represent the brewery in trade with professionalism and authenticity
About You
- Proven experience in an on trade sales role within beer, drinks or hospitality
- Strong understanding of the on trade landscape
- Confident opening doors and growing existing accounts
- Hands on, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
- Passion for craft beer and independent brands
- Organised, commercially minded and relationship focused
- Full UK driving licence
