We are seeking three experienced Packaging Operators to join a high performing production team within a respected food and drink manufacturing environment.

Role Overview
As a Packaging Operator, you will play a key part in ensuring packaging lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently throughout each shift. You will work closely with production colleagues to maintain output, uphold quality expectations, and respond quickly to any line issues or process changes.
Key responsibilities

Operate and monitor packaging equipment to support consistent, efficient production.

Carry out routine quality checks to ensure finished packs meet specification.

Keep lines supplied with packaging materials, labels, and consumables.

Make minor machine adjustments where needed to support product or format changeovers.

Identify and report faults or downtime promptly to minimise disruption.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety at all times.

Complete the required production and quality records accurately and on time.
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a food, drink, FMCG, or similar manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

The ability to work at pace while remaining calm, accurate, and reliable.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and team working.

A good understanding of hygiene, safety, and manufacturing standards.

Shift Allowance = £6,684.39
