About Our Client:

• £250m turnover, aiming for £300m in the next 3 years
• Two UK sites with 1,500–2,000 employees
• Major customers include M&S, Sainsbury's and Tesco
• Producers of iconic products!

Role Overview

As a Process Technologist, you'll be at the heart of the NPD team, working within a large factory across their Ambient section, helping to bring new products to life and ensure a smooth transition from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and validate process trials
• Manage projects with a focus on critical paths and efficiency
• Work closely with the NPD and Production teams to deliver successful product launches
• Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes

Skills & Experience required

• At least 6 months' experience as a Process Technologist, or
• 6–12 months' factory experience gained as part of a Food Science/Food Technology degree
• Food Science/Food Technology degree
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A proactive, ambitious and forward-thinking approach
• Bakery experience would be beneficial but is not essential
