We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven professional to step into a pivotal Sales & Procurement Manager position within a leading UK food manufacturing business.
Reporting to the Sales & Procurement Director, this role sits at the heart of the operation, bridging commercial growth with secure, cost-effective supply to protect margins and drive performance.

Role Overview
You will lead and coordinate sales and procurement activity across the business, ensuring profitable sales growth while securing competitive and reliable poultry supply.
The role demands close alignment between Commercial, Procurement, Operations, Finance and Technical teams to support business performance and customer requirements.
Day to day, you will:

Own commercial preparation: build customer decks, prepare for key meetings, and manage day-to-day commercial issues.

Develop and strengthen customer and supplier relationships to support growth, continuity and margin protection.

Optimise purchasing costs and protect margins through effective negotiation and market awareness.

Ensure materials are available to meet the production plan and customer requirements, working closely with Supply Chain and Operations.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales plans, supply capacity, costings and technical requirements.

Support the Sales & Procurement Director with reporting, market insight and strategic initiatives.careers.
