Key Responsibilities

Deliver sales and profit in line with operating plan and budgets.

Manage the accuracy of commercial forecasts and oversee all administrative commercial tasks with precision.

Drive market share within the savoury pastry category, using category insights and shopper data to inform effective range and sales strategies.

Lead customer relationships through robust commercial management and execution of a joint business plan.

Create promotional plans aligned with business strategy and execute post-launch analysis to ensure ongoing success.

Identify and drive new product development collaborating cross-functionally and interpreting market data into actionable insights.

Support commodity cost and flow-through models in partnership with Commercial Finance.

Candidate Profile

Profound experience in FMCG and food manufacturing working directly with major retailer accounts.

A highly commercial mindset, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and capacity to influence stakeholders internally and externally.

Excellent rapport-building, communication and organisational skills with a passion for leading multiple projects simultaneously.

Expertise in analysing market data and translating insights into commercial strategy.

Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

A full clean driving licence is required.
