Our Client, a leading food producer are currently searching for 2 experienced Site Services Managers for their sites based in Scotland. 

Reporting directly to the Site Engineering Manager, they will play an integral role in enhancing the site services, achieving breakthroughs in breakdown elimination, managing line service days effectively, and strengthening OEM relationships.

These are multifaceted roles that extend beyond operational responsibilities, demanding candidates who can also deliver strategically. The ideal candidates will be instrumental in advancing site development and driving efficiency improvements.

We are seeking individuals with the following skills & experience:

  • Exceptional record-keeping abilities and advanced proficiency in computer applications.
  • Experience of resolving engineering breakdowns efficiently.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in managing line service days and maintaining strong OEM partnerships.
  • Experience of managing site services and legislative compliance.
  • A strategic thinker with the capability to formulate and execute plans that align with ambitious site turnaround goals.

These positions are pivotal to achieving our Clients objectives within a critical 18-month timeline. They are looking for candidates who combine technical expertise with a strategic approach, capable of working in tandem with the Site Engineering Manager to fast-track significant advancements.

  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:30 (flexibility required).
  • Salary: TBC per annum, along with standard business benefits.
