Our client, a food industry leader, are searching for an experienced Sustainability Manager to join a business that places ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) at the heart of its long-term strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive change: Design and roll out impactful sustainability initiatives across the business and customer base.

• Measure what matters: Monitor, analyse, and report on ESG performance, ensuring continual improvement.

• Stay ahead: Lead compliance with UK/EU sustainability regulations—keep the business ahead of the curve.

• Collaborate widely: Work closely with customers, suppliers, and diverse internal teams to embed best practice.

• Champion better practices: Promote responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and a culture of sustainability across all touchpoints.

• Support operations: Assist with key administrative functions and ensure timely, accurate customer data submissions.

We’re Looking For:

• Degree-qualified professionals with proven ESG or sustainability expertise.  Food industry knowledge is a strong plus.

• Skilled communicators and analytical thinkers, ready to lead projects and inspire teams.

• Organised, detail-focused self-starters who flourish in collaborative settings.

• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel, when required.
