Our Client, a family run food manufacturing business, are urgently searching for an office based Technical Services Administrator to start on Monday.  

With flexible start times and working a 40 hour week, this will initially be a temporary contract with an review after one month with an option to extend.

 

                          

 

Job Description

 

This role supports the technical team completing administration tasks and maintaining tracking and spreadsheets to demonstrate compliance. 

This element is vital to maintain document control and manage the audit schedule.

This role will report into the Technical Manager.

Role Specifics:

  • Log customer Complaints
  • Manage Lab sampling, swabbing, and testing Schedule.
  • Book lab samples and swabs onto the external Lab web-based system
  • Raise Export documentation
  • Carry out trace abilities for export products.
  • Manage the certificates of analysis from suppliers.
  • Manage issuing certificates of analysis for customers.
  • Log Quality incident reports.
  • Assist with customer KPI reports, for example gathering information for the Co-op microbiology monthly reports.
  • Assist with RedZone weekly reports when required to covered holidays
  • Assist with Customer questionnaires
  • Manage the non-conformance database

 

Key Skills:

  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Good understanding of word and excel with ability to adapt to inhouse systems.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the business to ensure compliance and action plan completion.
  • Good communicator with both internal and external customers.
  • Structured and well organised.
  • Well organized and focused, able to manage a number of tasks at any given time and take corrective action in response to the actions of others
  • Being of open mind with a willingness to adopt new methods and changes as required.
  • Team ethic to support colleagues across the department.
