They are looking to recruit a strong technical individual that thrives in a fast paced environment, is passionate about quality and doesn't mind being hands on.

You will be looking after the Concept to launch process, running factory trials and liaising cross functionally with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Analyse current production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of product excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• New Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes for the successful launch of new food products, from concept to commercialization.
• Troubleshooting: Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot production issues and develop effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, conducting root cause analyses, and fostering innovation within the production environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including process specifications, standard operating procedures, and regulatory documentation, to ensure compliance and traceability.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Degree level qualified in Food Science or equivalent
• Understanding of full concept to launch
• Excellent communication skills – Both Written & Verbal
