Our client, a leading drinks business, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join their dynamic On Trade team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies in the vibrant hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop activations and tools aligned with annual marketing plans and sales objectives.

• Implement effective brand activation strategies in the on-trade sector

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through various initiatives

• Support local event sponsorships and on-trade opportunities based on brand requirements and market opportunities

• Contribute to the development of annual On-Trade marketing plans

• Stay informed about evolving trends, insights, and market movements to introduce innovative tools and partnerships

• Drive innovative thinking and problem-solving within the team

• Coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously

• Develop, implement, and supervise online and offline activations across the UK hospitality sector

• Optimise relationships with agency partners, ensuring high-quality service and efficient ways of working

• Manage resources effectively across various projects and brands

• Partner with Regional Managers and Key Account Managers to plan and deliver marketing activities for key customers

• Plan and coordinate events with customers and the sales team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience in the on-trade market

• Additional experience in Commercial, Marketing, or Customer Marketing is advantageous

• Self-motivated with strong initiative

• Adaptable and quick learner in a fast-paced environment

• Experience managing agencies

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Flexible, enthusiastic, and committed attitude

• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines

• Willingness to travel

• Full UK driving license preferred
