We are partnering with a hugely successful food manufacturer in Manchester to recruit a Process Development Technologist to join their expanding NPD team.

The role:

As a Process Development Technologist, you’ll play a key role in taking products from concept through to launch within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll be involved in:

• Running and validating factory trials
• Managing critical paths and project timelines
• Working cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, and Operations
• Supporting product launches from kitchen to factory scale-up
• Driving efficiency and process improvements

What we’re looking for:

• At least 12 months’ experience within Process Development in NPD
• Food Manufacturing experience essential
• Bakery experience would be advantageous, but not essential
• Food Science/Food Technology qualification preferred
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset

Package:

• £28-35K salary
• 5% pension contribution
