Process Technologists – Ready to Step Into Project Leadership?

We’re partnering with a high-growth, forward-thinking food manufacturer in the North West that is investing heavily in its Process function. As part of this expansion, we’re looking to engage both Process Technologists and Senior Process Technologists who are ready to take the next step toward Process / Project Management.

This is more than a typical process role. It’s an opportunity to move closer to full project ownership within a business where innovation, pace, and progression go hand in hand.

Working within a 40+ strong NPD team, you’ll operate in a highly visible environment where your input directly influences successful product delivery. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, collaborate cross-functionally, and play a key role in bringing concepts to life at scale.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting factory trials with a strong presence on the shop floor

• Managing scale-up from kitchen to full production

• Driving end-to-end product launches with increasing autonomy

• Acting as a key link between NPD, Operations, Technical, and Commercial teams

• Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimisation

What we’re looking for:

• Process Technologists with a minimum of 1 year’s experience

• Senior Process Technologists with either 1+ year at Senior level or 2–3+ years within Process

• Individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment

• Strong communicators who are confident influencing across teams

• A mindset geared toward progression into broader project or leadership roles
