They are currently looking for an experienced Stores Manager to join their growing Engineering Team.

This role will report to the Engineering Manager 

 

                             

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering stores, stock control, and purchasing
  • Ensure critical spares availability and minimize downtime
  • Control and optimize budget spend
  • Lead continuous improvement in stores management and purchasing
  • Maintain accurate stock records and data entry
  • Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions
  • Implement and maintain 5S and safety standards in stores area
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support engineering operations
  • Manage and develop stores assistant

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in stores/warehouse management, preferably in engineering
  • Strong purchasing and negotiation skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CMMS and data management systems
